Pricing, FUBAR! Or now is a terrible time to buy at any price!

Since who knows what the prices will look like in a year or two or even a month or two!

Except its $20,900 cheaper then the forclosed unit. So we can be fairly certain that Mr. OHIO SAVINGS BANK still has some room for movement in his price. But what does that say about buying at nearly any price these days? It seems to say tomorrow is only a day* (and maybe 30% or more less) away!

*not an actual day but a longer figurative one, meaning a year actually.
