Sales history is classic of the bubble! If we assume a value growth rate of 5% per year since it was built (just to speculate) the value of the home would be about $180,000 not adjusted for inflation. Of course 5% growth is just guess work given how undesireable living out in western sprawl with nearly zero public transport (busses that come a few times an hour would be all) and little to nothing walkable the growth might be nothing or even negative with every dollar fuel prices rise.
