Oopps I missed this for closed one. Lets see at twenty percent down $57,980, if home sales slipped to $231,920 your equity would be zero. Who wants to take this gamble today, next week or even next year? If you rent at say two thousand a month in a years time your only out twenty four thousand and you didn't also pay taxes, HOA, and insurance. I'm thinking even at under 200k this townhome is no bargain.
