This house dropped to 344,900, and is listed as a pending sale at this time. Repairs to this home will run upwards of $150k, maybe more. There is NO kitchen, the pool is covered in mesh, the sunken bathtub is out on the back patio, and the barrel tile roof needs replacing. I only hope the person who bought this house didn't pay too much - even zillow has it at 404k, down 75k from 3 months ago, and I'm assuming that's with a kitchen and working bathrooms. Oh, and all 3 a/c units and the pool equipment needs replacing, too.

This house sold in May for $340k. No kitchen, a/c, pool is cracked, etc. By the time the new owner finishes with it, he will have spent the $575k that the previous sucker paid!
