Here is a classic in Ibis in Palm Beach Gardens.

The house is listed for $329,400

http://www.realtor.com/search/listingdetail.aspx?zp=33412&mnp=27&mxp=26&typ=7&sid=2e68b630824946ef8c2b1f648693e7f1&lid=1092028993&lsn=4&srcnt=30#Detail

However if you go to the Palm Beach Assessors office the last sale is not listed. You need to go to the land records.

House was purchased for $717,380 on 7/28/06.

There is a mortgage on the property for $538,000 however, something just does not look right here. It looks like they purchased the house twice and the first mortgage they got never got released.

Total Loss $387,980 before commission or 54%. $407,744 after commission. Is this a record percentage loss?

Very interesting find you have there no comment about how many times this place sold to the same folks but as to your question, scroll down some on this page and you will find some higher losses percentage wise.
